Preview is an AI-powered, real-world scenario simulation for sales hiring managers to recruit the best sales talents, while accrediting top talents and offering continuous coaching.

We started with market research and we discovered hiring good salespeople is hard, and we kept asking why. After speaking with a few colleagues, we realized we needed to talk to actual sales managers and founders who make these decisions every day. So we interviewed 10 of them. Our interviews were mainly centered around:
1 .“How they currently assess sales talent”
2. “Challenges they face when trying to hire the right salespeople”
3. “Their ideal/preferred way of assessing sales skills”
1. They all said hiring sales talent is hard because you can’t see real-life sales behavior upfront.
2. They all agreed that phone calls and discovery flows are a key part of assessing a salesperson.
3. One of them suggested there is a strong need for clear templates, easy flows, and a system that can filter candidates automatically so hiring managers only review the top few.
4. Another mentioned In other countries, AI phone bots are already used for sales hiring, but adoption in Nigeria may be slower due to cost concerns, fear of AI replacing humans, and the belief that sales still requires human touch.
5. Another mentioned that even after hiring good talent, companies still need to provide coaching and continuous training, which creates extra value.
6. And another said pricing for B2B tools may be a challenge because many Nigerian businesses hesitate to pay for local tools and have limited purchasing power.
The onboarding starts with a simple sign-up page. It collects email, password, and company name, loads fast, works on mobile, and includes terms acceptance. After that, users add basic company info like industry, size, and main product. Fields should validate, progress should auto-save, and the details should be editable later.

The dashboard loads fast. There’s a quick tour that can be skipped and a clear button to create the first simulation. Empty states are clean and easy to understand.

User set up their first simulation. It starts with a simple form to name the simulation and add the role, with basic options and defaults. Next, the user sets up the AI persona by choosing an industry, company type, and a few pain points. A preview is available and settings are saved. The last part is success criteria, which comes with a default framework and scoring the user can adjust with simple controls.

The AI runs a realistic discovery call, stays in character, answers naturally, and handles questions and objections. Conversation history is kept, and the call ends cleanly with audio and video saved. The system then creates a transcript, highlights key moments, scores performance, and shows strengths and weaknesses. All data is saved for review.
